Antimicrobial Activity of Isoquinoline Alkaloids and Their N-Oxide Derivatives

異喹啉型生物鹼與其氮氧化物的抗菌活性

摘要


選取五十四種台灣產植物的異喹啉型生物鹼與其氮氣氧化物之衍生做抗菌作用的選汰試驗。其結果顯示〈-〉-tetrahydropalmatine,〈-〉-xylopine,〈-〉-fissoldine hydrobromide,〈-〉-norannuradhapurine hydrobromide,〈-〉-asimilobine perchlorate,〈+〉-dicentrine methiodide,〈-〉-N-norglaucine hydrobuomide,〈+〉-O-methylalavinantine, oxocrebanine, N-noratherosperminine, atherosperminine perchlorate, atherosperminine methiodide, dicentrine methine, 1-(N-methyl-N-hydroxylaminoethyl)-3,4-methylenedioxy-7-methoxyphenanthrene, 〈+〉-O-methylbulbocapnine N-oxide,〈+〉-armepavine N-oxide,〈+〉-laudanidine N-oxide, 〈+〉-N-methylcoclaurine N-oxide,〈+〉-tetrahydropalmatine N-oxide,〈-〉-crychine N-oxide, dicentrine methane N-oxide 與dihydroochotensimine N-oxide等二十三種生物鹼分別為對於綠膿桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、B型副傷寒桿菌、大腸桿菌、溶血性鏈球菌以及白色念珠菌具有選擇性的抗菌作用。

The in vitro screening test of the antimicro-organisms of fifty-four isoquinoline alkaloids and their N-oxide derivatives, available in our laboratory, was performed. The results showed that (-)-tetrahydropalmatine, (-)-xylopine, (-)-fissoldine hydrobromide, (-)-norannuradhapurine, (-)-asimilobine perchlorate, (+)-dicentrine methoiodide, (-)-N-norglaucine hydrobromide, (+)-O-methylflavinantine, oxocrebanine, N-noratherosperminine, atherosperminine perchlorate, atherosperminine methoiodide, dicentrine methane, 1-(N-methyl-N-hydroxylaminoethyl)-3,4-methylenedioxy-7methoxyphenanthrene, (+)-O-methylbulbocapnine N-oxide, (+)-armepavine N-oxide, (±)-tetrahydropalmatine N-oxide, (-)-crychine N-oxide, dicentrine methane N-oxide, atherospermnine N-oxide and dihudroochotensimine N-oxide were significantly selective against the following microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coil, Salmonellaparatyphi B, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus hemolyticus and Candida albicans.
