減敏治療對過敏性氣喘病兒之血清IgE合成抑制因子,介白素-2,介白訴-2接受器的影響

The Influences of Serum IgE-Specific Suppressor Factor (IgE-TsF), Interleukin-2 (IL-2), and Interleukin-2 Receptor (IL-2R) by Hyposensitization to Children with Bronchial Asthma

減敏治療對過敏性氣喘病兒之血清內細胞因子,包括IgE-TsF,IL-2及IL-2R的影響研究,本研究將病兒分成初診群及治療群及健兒群,各血清均經過濾去除其可能的干擾因子,其三種檢查方法均以著者前的報告,其結果如下:初診病兒群之IgE-TsF值呈缺損,而治療群亦呈缺損,其對體外細胞IgE合成之抑制百分比為-7.7±23.3%與-7.3±25.8%,而健兒群卻有20.0±29.5%。初診病兒群之血清IL-2值為6.70±3.69U/ml而治療效果良好群之IL-2值為2.26±1.16U/ml,治療效果不良群之IL-2值為0.50±20.60U/ml而健兒群為1.69±2.06U/ml。初診病兒群之IL-2值217.07±247.55U/ml,治療群值為9.1.24±46.89U/ml,而健兒群為37.4±21.83U/ml,可見減敏治療不只臨床症狀改善,其血清中IL-2及IL-2R均可下降,尤以治療效果良好時更呈明顯而可供臨床之應用。

The influences of sera IgE-TsF, IL-2 and IL-2R by hyposensitzation therapy was investigated in children with allergic bronchial asthma. Within this study, all the sera were divided into newly diagnosed and well-treated groups. Each serum was filtered with appropriated millipore membrane to remove any possible interfering substance. The methods of each assay has been described in detail in our previous reports. The results were: 1.A deficit of IgE-TsF in children in both the newly diagnosed and well-treated groups was noted, the in vitro IgE synthesis inhibition rate was-7.7±23.3% and -7.3±25.8% respectively, whereas it was 20.0±29.5% in healthy children. 2.Serum IL-2 was 6.70±3.69U/ml in the newly diagnosed group, 2.26±1.16U/ml in the good responsive and 0.50±20.60U/ml in the poor responsive well-treated group. Meanwhile, the serum IL-2 in healthy children 1.69±2.06U/ml. 3.The serum IL-2 concentration in the newly diagnosed group was 217.07±247.55U/ml, 91.24±46.89U/ml in the well-treated group and 37.4±21.83U/ml in the healthy children. From the above results, not only did hyposensitization therapy improve the clinical symptoms, it also improved the serum IL-2 and IL-2R concentrations except for IgE-TsF. Nevertheless, in the poor responsive well-treated children, the IL-2 remained higher.
