原發性女性尿道腫瘤－－2個病例報告
Primary Tumor of the Femalf Urethra - A Report of two Cases
摘要
高雄醫學院泌尿科自1972至1986年間總共治療了173例女性泌尿系統腫瘤，其中有2例(1.2%)為原發性女性前段尿道癌。2位患者均接受腫瘤局部切除手術，術後其中一例失去追蹤治療，另一例手術後3年仍然活著。尿道移行性上皮細胞癌是一種惡性度極高的腫瘤，因此應接受積極的診斷與治療才能提高患者的存活率。

Form 1972 through 1986, 173 female patients with urinary tract tumors were treated at Kaohsiung Medical College Hos-pital. Only 2 (1.2%) had primary transitional cell carcinoma of the anterior urethra. These patients were treated with local excision of the tumor, one patient remained alive for more than three years while the other one was lost during the post-operative follow-up. Primary female urethral tumors are mostly malignant tumors. Prompt diagnosis and ag-gressive treatment is the only way to prolong the patients’ survival time.
