睪丸卵黃囊瘤－一個病例報告
Testis Yolk sec Tumor - A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一例1歲4個月小男孩在洗澡時意外發現右側睪丸腫瘤，而至本院作進一步治療。患者立即接受右側高位睪丸切除術；其病理診斷證實為睪丸卵黃囊瘤。患者術前之α-fetoprotein高達13568.9ng/ml，術後一年之α-fetoprotein為118 ng/ml，目前患都仍在門診追蹤治療中。

A 16-months old normal boy, a right tes-ticular mass was discovered incidentally by his grandmonther. Right inguinal orchiectomy was performed. Histological examination showed yolk sac tumor of testis. A preoperative alpha-fetoprotein level was markedly elevated at 13568.9 ng/ml, by the end of the twelve postoperative months, the serum alpha-fetopro-tein levels was 118 ng/ml. The patient is doing well one-year postoperatively.
