Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Lung - Report of a Case and Review of the Literature
肺部多形性腺瘤－病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
患者為一36歲男性，因為左肺下葉塌陷來院求診，經由支氣管鏡檢發現一個平滑的充血狀白色結節硬塊阻塞左肺下葉支氣管開口，後來經由紅肺下葉切除術，這個腫瘤的組織學形態和唾液腺的多形性腺瘤無法區分，關於這個腫瘤我們同時進行一些免疫組織化學的研究。根據我們所查文獻總共只有12個肺部多形性腺瘤被報告過。

A male patient, aged 36, was found to have lower lobe collapse of the left lung. A smooth vascularized whitish nodular mass obstructing the orifice of left common basal bronchus was noted through bronchoscopic examination. After left lower lobectomy, the histological features of the tumor were ndistinguishable from those of the pleomorphic adenoma of the salivary gland. To our knowledge, only 12 cases of pulmonary pleomorphic adenoma have been reported in the literature.
