膽道蛔蟲病：一個病例報告
Biliary Ascariasis - A Case Report
摘要
患者是一位60歲的男性，由於腹部疼痛及發冷發熱現象而住院；手術發現一條長約20cm，直徑0.4cm的活蛔蟲，位於總膽管及肝內膽管，且併發慢性膽囊炎。由於公共衛生的改善，膽道蛔蟲病在台灣日漸稀少。本文特就其各種影象診斷的表現作一報告，並回顧文獻討論之。

A 60-year-old male suffered from abdomin-al pain, chills and fever for two weeks. A vivid Ascaris lumbricoides in the common bile duct and intrahepatic ducts was identified in operat-ion. Chronic cholecystitis was also noted.We discuss the findings of multiple image modali-ties in biliary ascariasis and review the litera-ture.
