Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis of Bone - A Case Report
骨的藍格罕士氏細胞組織球症－個案報告
摘要
骨的藍格罕士氏細胞組織球症造成骨結構破壞，在臨床變化上類似惡性腫瘤或骨髓炎。由病灶中可發現組織球伴隨不等的嗜紅性淋巴球以及中性球。本文中此罕見的１０歲小男孩病例中，除了報告病史及臨床現外，亦報告治療狀況和後續追蹤，也一併對骨的藍格罕士氏細胞組織球症的分類及組織學作詳細討論。

Langerhans cell histiocytosis of bone causes bone destruction and frequent bone reactions Hat mimic benign and malignant neoplasms as well as osteomyelitis. The bony lesion of Langerhans cell histiocytosis consists of histiocytes with variable numbers of eosinophils, lymphocytes, and neutrophils. We present a rare case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis of bone, including imaging studies and pathology. In addition, we discuss the classification and Pathology of Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
