摘要

同時存在腎臟收集輸送管（Bellini輸送管）癌及膀胱泌尿上皮癌是非常少見的。一位六十八歲女性病患因膀胱泌尿上皮癌首先接受經尿道膀胱腫瘤刮除術，八個月後因懷疑左側腎盂泌尿上皮癌而再度接受左側腎臟輸尿管全切除術不過最終病理組識學報告顯示為腎臟收集輸送管癌。術後病患接受化學治療不幸仍於六個月後發現轉移現象。本篇病例報告討論罕見的腎臟收集輸送管癌合併膀胱泌尿上皮癌並由病理學及組識免疫學染色得到確定診斷。

The simultaneous occurrence of renal collecting duct (Bellini duct) carcinoma and bladder urothelial carcinoma is very rare. A 68-year-old female patient with bladder urothelial carcinoma first received transurethral resection of the tumor. Left side nephrouretectomy and transurethral resection of the intramural ureter were performed 8 months later under the diagnosis of concomitant renal pelvic urothelial carcinoma. However, the final pathologic examination revealed collecting duct carcinoma. The patient received systemic chemotherapy after surgery, but distant metastasis was noted 6 months later. Here, we report a rare case of combined renal collecting duct carcinoma and bladder urothelial carcinoma confirmed by pathologic examination and immunohistochemical staining.
