多規格之台灣本土生產窗戶設計隔熱效益評估

Efficiency Assessment of Multi-Standard Window Design Heat Insulation in Taiwan

摘要


依據中國國家標準CNS 10523規定,計測九種塑鋼窗及他牌鋁窗三種窗戶樣本,包括塑鋼框橫拉窗、塑鋼推開窗、鋁框固定窗等二種框材,及單、複層玻璃材料之組合,定量出框材、單、複層玻璃材料及窗框總和之熱貫流率(K值)。結果可知,塑鋼框材在受熱時,即標準加熱溫度20℃狀態,塑鋼材的兩側溫差較大,亦即塑鋼窗之熱傳導係數較鋁窗小,顯示其熱阻抗能力較大。塑鋼框材之K值較鋁框材小:單層玻璃之K值較複層玻璃大。可知塑鋼窗較鋁窗隔熱性能爲佳,熱得較少,因此,可節省室內空調耗能。依據窗框總合之K值,可知塑鋼橫拉窗與複層22mm(5+A12+5)玻璃搭配爲最佳組合。本研究結果未來可提供本上窗戶節能設設與窗戶材料搭配選擇參考之用。

Through the provisions of the Chinese National Standards CNS 10523, we test the overall heat transfer coefficients (K) for nine kinds of POM (polyoxymethylene) windows with three kinds of frame materials, including POM flame horizontal pull windows, POM push window and aluminum frame fixed window, and two kinds of glass materials with single layer and multiple layers. The result elucidates that under the 20℃ condition, the POM frame window is smaller thermal conductivity and the higher thermal resistance capacity than the aluminum frame window. K value of POM frame window is smaller than aluminum frame window and also the single glass layer is larger than the multiple layers. Based on these results, using POM frame window is better titan aluminum for reducing indoor energy consumption. Furthermore, according to the K value, we recommend to use the superior window assembled with the POM frame horizontal pull windows and 22 mm (5+A12+5) multiple glass material. This research can serves as a reference for local energy-saving window design that combined with different materials.
