使用控制點疊代法之圓杯引伸胚料最佳化整合系統

摘要


本文提出一個整合CAD/CAE/CAM的圓杯引伸胚料最佳化系統,利用田口法探討各設計參數之貢獻影響,使用一個四階的Bezier曲線表示胚料輪廓,最佳化胚料的最大及最小外形邊界由均勻變形及應變能量法決定,再利用黃金分割法求出最佳化胚料輪廓。使用有限元法分析引伸成形,並以最小杯高變異為設計目標,得到一個最佳化胚料輪廓,其杯高最大變異為0.215mm,杯高變異之均方根誤差為0.135mm,本文並提出一個自動沖頭線割NC程式產生系統,可以進行下料沖頭加工或直接線割胚料。

In this paper, a CAD/CAE/CAM integration system for optimum blank design of cylindrical cup drawing was proposed. Taguchi method was adopted to analyze the significance of design parameters. A 4-order Bezier curve was proposed to describe the blank profiles. The bound of optimum blank profile was obtained by using the uniform deformation method and energy method. The Golden section method was adopted to automatically update control points which control the shape and size of the blank. The FEM method was adopted to analyze the forming process precisely during the iteration procedure. An optimal blank design was obtained by using the proposed method. The maximum deviation of cup height was under 0.215 mm. The root mean square of the deviation of cup height was under 0.135 mm. The optimum blank was cut by using WEDM process and the NC code generated by the proposed integration system.
