本研究發展一五光束雷射探頭可量測鈑件之位置(position)與方位(法向量-orientation),用以改善3D雷射切割之精度,對已變形之鈑件沿著切割路徑量測其位置與方位,據以修改切割路徑,可製作出精確的鈑金件,本研究以5束雷射光投射於工件表面,用CCD擷取此5光點影像,先計算出5光點之3D位置,建構兩曲線通過此5點,再求出中央點的法向量。

This work describes a novel 5-beam laser probe to measure the position and orientation (normal vector) of sheet metal parts for increasing the accuracy in 3D laser cutting. The deformed sheet metal is evaluated to acquire the position and orientation along the theoretical laser cutting path. The actual cutting path can thus be modified from theoretical cutting path to manufacture a precise sheet metal part. Five laser beams are transmitted on the surface of sheet metal and then a CCD camera retrieves image of these five laser spots. Next, five positions are computed, and the normal vector at the central position is calculated by constructed two cross curves passed through these five points.
