Application of Porous Jump Boundary Conditions in Numerical Simulation Study of Marine Gas Turbine Exhaust Ejector

多孔介質邊界條件在船用排氣引射裝置數值模擬研究中的應用

摘要


在對船用排氣引射裝置研究的過程中,利用多孔介質邊界條件結合機艙進氣濾清器阻力特性解決了不同工況下次流進氣負壓無法確定的技術難題。用壓力階躍的辦法代替排氣引射裝置次流進口負壓條件,減少了模型數值類比過程中的計算量。利用相似轉換方法進行了模型實驗,數值類比結果與實驗結果吻合良好。可為具有壓力損失部件的流場數值模擬提供參考。

In the study of marine exhaust ejector device, there exists a stubborn technical problem that the negative pressure of secondary flow inlet cannot be ascertained under different conditions. This paper features research combining porous jump boundary conditions with the resistance characteristic of the air intake filter. By using pressure-jump to replace the secondary flow inlet negative pressure conditions of an exhaust ejector, the workload of the numerical simulation can be reduced effectively. Experiments based on the similarity transformation have been done in this paper, and experimental data shows a close correlation with the numerical simulation results. The methods and conclusions can provide a reference for further research or similar problems.
