具雙曲面齒形擺線傳動減速機之電腦輔助設計

摘要


本文之目的在於提出具雙曲面齒廓擺線減速機設計之數學模式。首先,依據座標轉換、包絡線、及共軛曲面等原理,推導出其嚙合方程式,以建立曲面方程式。接著,以Pro/ENGINEER軟體繪製實體模型,以驗證所設計機構的正確性。由模擬結果顯示,本文所提方法可有效建立減速機之數學模式,且所設計之小齒輪適合應用於精密傳動設備。

This work presents a mathematical model to design the cycloid drives with hyperbolic teeth. It is based on coordinate transformation, envelope theory, and the theory of conjugate surfaces, from which an equation of meshing is derived. The cycloid profiles are obtained and the solid models of the proposed cycloid drives are constructed by applying the Pro/ENGINEER CAD software. The results of solid modeling show that the mathematical model can be effectively constructed by the proposed method. In addition, the designed pinions are suitable to be applied to the devices of precision transmission.
