Numerical Simulation on the Controllable Two Stage Exhaust Ejector of Gas Turbine

可控燃氣輪機二級排氣引射器數值模擬

摘要


船舶燃氣輪機排氣引射裝置作為簡單、高效的冷卻設備,得到了越來越廣泛的應用。本文通過對某型船用燃氣輪機排氣引射裝置的結構進行改進,把原單級引射改為第二級可調的兩級引射,實現了對排氣引射器的控制。利用數值模擬的方法,將改進前後的排氣引射裝置進行對比可以看出,改進後模型在排氣溫度和機艙引射流量方面性能更優越。本文得到控制機構的開啟位置與引射性能的規律,制定了與燃機工作狀況相適應的調節控制過程和預期的結果,為新型排氣引射器的發展提供參考。

Marine gas turbine exhaust ejector has been widely used to serve as a simply and highly efficient device for cooling equipment. In order to achieve the exhaust ejector controllable, this paper makes an improvement in the exhaust ejector structure by changing the former single-stage ejector into two of which second stage opening could be adjusted. By comparison of the numerical simulation results of the two models, the improved model shows a better performance in exhaust temperature and engine room ejector flow. We obtained the rules between the opening of control configuration and the performance of ejector, proposing the control process, getting corresponding expected results which were compatible with the gas turbine working conditions. It has provided a reference for developing the new exhaust ejector.
