定剪摩擦下旋轉衝孔分析

摘要


本研究提出一種以沖頭旋轉之新的衝孔技術,以DEFORM-3D 套裝商業軟體進行旋轉衝孔有限元素模擬。 假設在衝頭、模具、壓料板、工件材料間之摩擦為定剪摩擦,摩擦可假設不同。經由有限元素模擬可求得內孔直徑、等效應力、等效應變、速度場、損壞、毛邊及剪切力。有效探討各種沖孔條件,如間隙、衝頭鼻面角、摩擦因子、旋轉角速度對剪切力及毛邊之影響以了解有限元素模擬之可行性。再者,衝頭模具亦在本研究模擬之。

This study proposes a new piercing technology with rotating punch; it carries out an FEM simulation on rotating piercing process using DEFORM-3D commercial software. Frictions among the punch, the blank holder, the dies and the work-piece material are assumed as constant shear friction, but can be different. The surface of the inner diameter, the effective stress, the effective strain, velocity field, damage, burr and the shearing force can be determined form the FEM simulation. In this study, effects of various piercing conditions such as the clearance, the punch nose angle, the frictional factor, the rotating angular velocity, the shearing force, and burr on shearing characteristics are explored effectively to realize the feasibility of FEM model. Furthermore, the stress of punch can be simulated in this study.
