Analysis on Patent Categorization of LED Standing/Desk Lamp Patents with Considering the Position Weight

LED立/桌燈相關專利之專利類別歸屬之分析研究

摘要


The paper takes the related LED standing/desk lamp patents as the carriers of the study to conduct tests and analysis, and further develops and tests a combination of some better position weights at four positions, namely the patent title, abstract, description and patent claim scope, of patent documents. Then the paper substitutes them in the study's calculation equation of normalized numerical value calculated after addition of position weight concept in order to calculate the normalized numerical value of each keyword of patent calculated after addition of position weight concept. First of all, the paper defines the first-layer or second-layer technical categories and functional categories of the related LED standing /desk lamp patents, and then produces the first-layer and second-layer technical/functional matrix, and establishes the word clusters of technical words and functional words of each first-layer or second-layer technical category and functional category. The paper also adds the position weight concept to combine improved cosine similarity with probability method of patent categorization to develop a method in categorizing which technical or functional category a patent belongs to. Finally, after actually adding the related LED standing/desk lamp patent, the paper verifies that the patent belongs to the first-layer or second-layer technical category and functional category, proving that the innovative method of the study is feasible.

本文以LED 立/桌燈相關專利進行測試分析為研究之載具,進而發展測試出四個位置的較佳之不同的位置權重值之組合於專利文件中專利名稱、摘要、說明全文及申請專利範圍,再代入本研究之加入位置權重概念計算之常態化數值之計算公式,計算專利各關鍵字之加入位置權重概念計算之常態化數值。本文將先定義LED 立/桌燈相關專利之第一層、第二層技術類別及功能類別,進而產生第一層及第二層技術/功能矩陣,並建立各第一層、第二層技術類別及功能類別之技術字及功能字字群。本文增加位置權重概念,並建立以改良式餘弦相似度結合專利類別歸屬之機率方法進行專利歸屬於哪一類技術或功能類別的方法,最後實際投入LED 立/桌燈相關專利驗證其歸屬之第一層、第二層技術類別及功能類別,證明本研究之創新方法為可行。
