Hybrid Spline Difference Method for Heat Transfer Analysis of Nonlinear Rectangular Fins

混合樣線差分法對矩形非線性散熱鰭片之熱傳分析

摘要


The discussion on the heat transfer analysis of rectangular nonlinear fins with thermal conductivity varying with temperature proved that the hybrid spline difference method proposed in this paper is a simple and high accuracy numerical method in the case of pure convection heat transfer, pure radiation heat transfer or mixed convection and radiation heat transfer. It was found that the computational process of the hybrid spline difference method is as simple as that of finite difference method, reducing the complex calculation of traditional spline method, but the numerical accuracy can be increased to fourth order. This method is expected to replace traditional finite difference method and spline method in the analysis of heat transfer as a high accuracy numerical method.

本文藉由熱傳導係數隨著溫度變化之矩形非線性散熱鰭片分析的探討,驗證本文所提出的混合樣線差分法在純對流、純輻射及混合對流與輻射熱傳的情形下,皆是一個簡單且精度高的數值方法。在本文中可以發現混合樣線差分法的計算過程有如有限差分法一樣簡單,可以簡化傳統樣線法的複雜計算,但數值精度卻可以提高到四階,因此預期在熱傳的分析上,本方法是一個能取代傳統有限差分法及樣線法的高精度數值方法。
