摘要


糖尿病是由於體內胰島素的缺乏、分泌不足或標的細胞對胰島素有阻抗性,而導致無法正常調節血糖的生理功能,引起醣類、蛋白質、脂舫等營養素的代謝紊亂的一種慢性病。隨著長期血糖濃度的偏高,可導致眼睛、血管、神經、腎臟、心臟的病變發生。此時需藉著飲食的調整,配合藥物和運動,以維持較正常的體重、血糖、血脂肪、血壓,進而延緩或減輕其併發症的發生。
