探討內、外科病房護理人員每日工作時間分配

本研究之目的是在瞭解南部某醫學中心內、外科病房護理人員每日工作時間分配，於89年5月l日至89年6月25日，以方便取樣方式自八個內、外科病房取樣。由觀察員記錄每日上班護理人員，在上班時的工作內容與花費的工時，再以電腦EXCEL軟體進行資料之分析整理。結果發現護理人員上班的工作時間分配爲：直接護理佔52.8%、間接護理佔31.0%、相關護理佔5.2%、私人活動佔11.0%。

The purpose of this study is to understand the daily time distribution of nursing activities in Medical/Surgical in-patients at a medical center in southern Taiwan. The research started May 1, 2000 and ended in June 25, 2000. Eight medical-surgical units participated in the study. Direct observation of nursing activities was recorded by an observer in every shift. Using the Excel calculating program, the study showed direct indirect related care and personal time at 52.8% 31.0% 5.2% and 11.0%, respectively.
