摘要

本文在說明一位精神分裂症患者急性住院期間，經由Neuman系統模式整體性評估後，發現病人有(1)高危險性暴力(2)思想過程政變(3)知覺感受改變(4)家庭因應能力失調等九項護理問題，於護理過程中運用治療性人際關係、症狀處理技巧，提供家屬情緒支持，協助其發展替代的因應策略，使得病人症狀改善，未再出現攻擊行爲，人際互動增加，也因家屬情緒獲得紓解，增進與息者相處之技巧，提昇居家生活品質，筆者期能藉由此篇個案症狀急性急化期之照護技能與協助家屬提昇因應能力之經驗，與同仁分享。

The purpose of this article is to illustrate a schizophrenic patient who was admitted to an acute ward and was found to be with nine nursing problems, such as altered thought process, altered sensory perception, high risk for violence, and ineffective family coping, after overall evaluation with Neuman systems model. By the process of nursing, using the therapeutic interpersonal relationship, the symptom intervention techniques and the coping skill, the patient had significant improvements including decrease of violent behavior and interpersonal interaction. In the process, the family were also provided with appropriate coping skill and mental support. As a result, not only the patient's disease was improved, but also the functionality of the family can operate again and the quality of the family life can be upgraded.
By means of this study regarding the nursing experience during caring a schizophrenic patient in acute stage and assisting family member to upgrade the ability of coping skills, we hope our colleagues can benefit from it.
