摘要

本研究目的主要是瞭解及比較使用呼吸器息者、護理人員對照顧品質的感受認知，研究係採用問卷調查法，以立意取樣法，抽取60名住院意識清醒使用呼吸器之病患，及常有機會照顧使用呼吸器病患之護理人員60名，研究結果顯示：1.病患與護理人員，於“溝通”、“心理／情緒支持”、“生理”及“其他”等四大項照顧需求重要性之看法無顯著差異，但於39個子題中，則有8題有顯著差異；2.病患與護理人員，於照顧需求重要性之優先次序，都以“生理需求”爲第一，其次是“溝通”，再其次是“心理／情緒支持”，最後才是“其他需求”；3.病患與護理人員對照顧需求執行情形的看法，無論在溝通、心理／情緒支持、生理及其他需求等四大項都有顯著差異，且於39個子題中，亦有24題有顯著差異，護理人員自己認爲執行的次數顯然高於病患感覺受到照顧的次數。4.護理人員認爲執行最多的“抽痰前會告訴病患”也是病患認爲執行最多的“工作人員抽痰前會告訴我”。

The objective of this research is to study and compare the perceptions of the quality of care between the nurses and the patients with ventilators. Questionnaires were used in this research. Sixty hospitalized and conscious patients who were in respiratory care and sixty nurses well experienced in respiratory care were conveniently sampled. The results were as follows:
1. Patients and nurses did not have significant differences in their perceptions of the importance of four care needs-communication, psychological/emotional support, physical care, and others. However, there were significant differences in answers for 8 out of 39 questions.
2. Both patients and nurses ranked the order of priority in care needs with the following sequence: physical care, communication, psychological/emotional support, and other needs.
3. Patients' and nurses' perceptions of the care performance regarding the four care needs-communication, psychological/emotional support, physical care and other needs-were significantly different. Among 39 questions, there were significant differences in answers to 24 questions by patients and nurses.
4. In general, the nurses believed they took care of the patients' needs more frequently than that the patients felt they had received.
