摘要

本研究旨在探討護理人員學習化學治療課程後，對其化學治療知識、態度之改變成效。研究設計採類實驗法之單組縱貫性測量。研究工具包括化學治療知織問卷表、化學治療態度問卷哀、樣本基本資料問卷。研究對象採分層隨機抽樣，自中部某醫學中心副護理長（含）以下之臨床護理人員中，抽出44人，於91年8月6日實施化學治療課程前進行前測，課後進行後測1，課程結束後3週進行後測2。研究結果以描述性統計及無母數統計方法進行資料分析。結果呈現化學治療課程後護理人員對化學治療知識與態度得分於後測1高於後測2，後測1、2又均高於課程前，顯示化學治療課程可有效增進護理人員化學治療知識與態度。本研究結果可供日後專科護理教育人員規劃教育訓練課程之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the chemotherapy program on nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward chemotherapy. The time-series one-group quasi-experimental research design was adapted as guide for this study. A questionnaire which inc1uded demographic data, knowledge of chemotherapy and attitudes toward chemotherapy was used as a tool to collect data. 44 nurses working in a medical center in central Taiwan were selected by stratified random sampling. A test was given before the chemotherapy program (pre-test), one follow-up test (post-test 1) was given after the program was completed and second test (post-test 2) was given 3 weeks after the program. Due to the distribution of these data, descriptive statistics, parametric statistics and non-parametric analysis were performed. The results indicated that the knowledge and attitude scores in post-test 1 were higher than post-test 2. Meanwhile, it was higher in post-test 2 than pre-educated period. It shows that the chemotherapy program could improve nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward chemotherapy. These findings may provide an effective and systematic teaching program for c1inical nursing educators to improve the efficiency of a nursing continuing education program.
