The purposes of this artic1e inc1ude: exploring the ability that has to be shown in a N3 case report, how to write each part of the report, common problems encountered and the attentions to be paid. It also compares the differences between a case report and a case study, and describes the psychological preparation before submitting a manuscript. Hopefully, it will have some benefits to someone who is interested in writing a case report
