摘要

本個案研究係探討一位因從事臨床護理工作而感染嚴重急性呼吸道症候群(severe acute respiratory syndrome; SARS)的護理人員之內心感受。經由深入訪談的方式獲取個案的主觀經驗，所有訪談內容均先經由個案同意予以錄音，在訪談結束後將內容逐漸轉寫成文字紀錄，並依據現象學分析步驟進行資料的分析。此位感染SARS的個案其內心感受可歸納爲：關心家人的作息、尋找染病原因、行政支援與環境設施、生病期間的身體經驗（虛弱與清潔、活動與呼吸）、隔離的經驗（無力與無助、自救與受助）及插管經驗的體悟。期望深入了解因從事臨床護理工作而感染嚴重急性呼吸道症候群的護理人員之內心感受，以作爲日後醫護人員照顧此類病患之參考，亦藉由此初步之探討作爲未來進一步研究之依據。

This case study was conducted in order to understand the perception of a nurse with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). All participants were interviewed, and the interviews were recorded on tape. After interviews were completed, all data was transcribed word for word according to steps of phenomenological analysis. The perception of a nurse with SARS was inductively categorized as follows: care for family's work and rest, looking for cause of disease, administrative support and enviroment, physical experience of the disease(weakness and cleaning; moving and breathing); experience of isolation(being powerless and helpless, saving oneself and helped by orther); intubtion experience. The findings of this study serve as a reference for clinical practice and as a guide for further nursing research.
