摘要

本研究採橫斷性調查設計，目的在了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者運動行爲與探討其相關因素。採一對一問卷訪談的方式進行收案；研究工具爲人口學資料、運動改變階段、運動自我效能及運動決策平衡量表。以南部某醫學中心胸腔內科門診98位慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者爲對象，研究對象平均年齡爲68.1歲。研究結果如下：（一）在運動階段的分類上有25.5%的人爲動機前期、2.0%爲動機期、21.4%爲準備期、4.1%爲行動期及46.9%爲維持期，老年人從事規律運動的比率高於中年人，散步爲主要運動方式；（二）在運動改變階段與運動決策平衡相關性方面，決策平衡點位於動機期，顯示位居動機期病人自覺運動利益多於障礙，想要開始運動的動機最強。本研究結果將可作爲未來臨床實務工作者發展不同運動階段介入運動計畫之參考。

The purpose of this cross-sectional correlation study was to investigate the exercise behavior of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as well as its relationship with other variables. A total of 98 patients were recruited from a medical center in Southern Taiwan. The average age of the participants was 68.1. The following results showed: (1) Exercise activities in the sample were categorized in the following stages: pre-contemplation (25.5%), contemplation (2%), preparation (21.4%), action (4.1%), and maintenance (46.9%). Older patients exercised regularly more than middle-aged patients. The most common type of exercise in which patients with COPD engaged was walking. (2) Regarding the relationships among exercise stages of change and decisive balance, the crossover happened between the pre-contemplation stage and the contemplation stage. Obviously, the contemplators perceived more pros than cons in exercise, so their motivation to start the exercise was strongest. The findings of this study may provide guidance for clinical practitioners in developing stage-matched interventions of program planning, and suggestions for research agencies in the future.
