摘要

流行性感冒主要經由飛沫傳播，由於禽流感可能突變造成人傳人的高傳播力和高致死率，因此，疑似或確診病人應安置於單人病室，並儘可能是負壓隔離病室。同時，醫療工作人員必須高度警覺，照護病人時採取標準防護、接觸防護、飛沫防護，甚至加上空氣防護等各項感染管制措施。防護策略包括預防性用藥、洗手、適當使用個人防護裝備、環境的維護、醫療用物的清潔與消毒、布單類以及醫療廢棄物的處理。

Transmission of human influenza is by droplets and fine droplet nuclei droplet and avian influenza is likely to become human-to-human high transmission and cause high rate of death, so we have to carry out. Precaution of isolation is necessary to prevent nosocomial spread of the disease. Infection control of H5N1 influenza involves standard precautions, droplet precautions, contact precautions, and airborne precautions. The main strategy includes washing hands, use of personal protective equipment; appropriate handling of patient care equipment and soiled linen; environmental cleaning and spills-management; and appropriate handling of waste.
