摘要


藉由醫院導入無線傳輸科技及產品,推動醫療作業全面電子化的同時,建立護理資訊系統,期望能增強護理照護業務的效率及正確性,達提升照護品質的目的。專案小組經標竿學習後擬定系統建置架構、系統推展流程、系統功能、轉換機制、無線傳輸產品的選定及工作車之設計,以建置護理資訊系統。系統經測試完成後選定兩個單位試行,以護理長工作日誌、檢討會議、護理人員滿意調查來檢視及評值此系統的成效。分別於試行三個月及六個月後,實際檢視評值結果,顯示同仁對此系統之滿意分別為3.47及3.82(達中高度滿意)。護理人員對此系統認同及接受度高,線上訊息的獲得、醫療處置執行時效性、護理記錄品質的提升等給予肯定。配合醫院資訊室規劃,此系統將持續推動,並在日後對此系統之效益作深入之探討。

By using wireless transmission technology and computerizing the entire system through upgrading hospital products it will enrich the nursing efficiency and care. Building the Nursing Information System is highly recommended. The special group will develop a system by building a system construction. The developing system procedure is as follows; System functioning, system transmitting, wireless transmitting product selections and designing working cart. After the system tests are completed, two departments will be chosen to try them out. Tests will be based on the charge of nurses' daily report. Reviewing meetings and nurse staff satisfaction questionnaires will also be used to check the system. Testing of the results from the actual working questionnaire in three months and six months were 3.47 and 3.82. Nurse staffs have highly identified and accepted the system. Using the online information system has not only raised the medical treatment efficiency raised but also the medical record quality as well. The system has cooperated with the hospital information department which will continue to review its actual functions.
