照顧一位機械損傷右上肢截肢手術病患之護理經驗
Nursing Experience of a Young Male Undergoing Amputation Due to Mechanical Injury

This article is to discuss the nursing experience of a young male undergoing debridement and amputation surgeries due to mechanical injury. After assessing the patient with Roy's Adaptation Model, 4 nursing problems including self-care deficit, acute pain, body image disturbance and anticipatory grief were identified. Through providing nursing care and related resources to the patient and his family, the authors finally helped the patient accept the disease and establish positive body image.
