本研究目的在探討某醫學中心護理人員對於單位「醫療團隊資源管理」現況的感受。研究方法採用橫斷式問卷調查型研究,對象為某醫學中心於2011年期間接受「醫療團隊資源管理概念訓練」之護理人員共計72人,有效回收問卷67份(93%)。以SPSS for Window 18.0版統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計分析。研究結果顯示97%以上護理人員對於單位內醫療照護品質、領導統御、警覺應變、互助合作、威脅與失誤管理皆持正向感受;97%以上護理人員認為團隊間可以彼此合作,互相支持、有效溝通;有85.1%人員表示可以隨時掌握工作狀況,但有超過47%以上護理人員表示工作已超限負荷且已影響其日常生活。本研究結果可以作為管理者未來規劃醫療團隊資源管理策略與教育訓練之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the nurse's perception on Health Team Resource Management(HTRM) in a medical center. This was a cross-sectional study. In April, 2011, we invited all of the participants of the nursing training course on HTRM. 67 of 72 participants (93%) responded to the questionnaire survey. The SPSS 18.0 was used for descriptive statistic analysis. The results were as follows: 97% of the nurses responded positively towards the dimensions of quality of care, leadership, awareness and incident management, cooperation and mutual support, threat and error management. About half of the nurses felt that their work was overloaded. Results of this study may provide a reference for nursing administrators to examine the HTRM and improve the inter-professional HTRM culture in their facilities.
