本研究主要探討臨床護理人員執行實證實務自我效能及其影響因素,採橫斷式研究,研究對象以方便取樣選自東部某醫學中心護理人員,問卷內容含基本資料、實證實務自我效能、實證實務信念、實證實務障礙等四部份。護理人員平均實證實務自我效能超過五成(58%),平均實證實務信念與障礙均超過3分。其中,實證實務自我效能最低及實證實務障礙最高者皆與閱讀英文文獻有關。而實證實務自我效能與實證實務信念呈顯著正相關,實證實務信念亦為唯一解釋實證實務自我效能之因素(p = .03)。本研究結果或可做為未來提昇護理人員實證實務課程設計與評值之參考,將提昇護理人員實證實務自我效能納入課程設計之考量,以落實實證護理於臨床照護當中。
This study aimed to investigate the self-efficacy of evidence-based practice and its correlation with beliefs and barriers of evidence-based practice among clinical nurses who were from a medical center in eastern Taiwan. A cross-sectional study design with convenient sampling was used. Data were collected from a set of questionnaire comprising three validated scales (i.e. self-efficacy, beliefs, and barriers of evidence-based practice scales). The mean level of self-efficacy of evidence-based practice was greater than 50%; mean scores of evidence-based beliefs and barriers were greater than 3. The only item related to language was in the lower rank of evidence-based practice self-efficacy and higher rank of perceived barrier of evidence-based practice. Beliefs of evidence-based practice was the only predictor of evidence-based practice self-efficacy (p = .03). This study provides the underpinnings of designing and evaluating evidence-based practice program that aims to facilitate evidence-based nursing.
