南部某醫學中心護理人員之安全態度調查分析

Questionnaire Exploring Safety Attitudes at a Medical Center in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的欲了解護理人員對職場安全態度的認知現況,以做為醫院管理者在擬定相關政策之參考,促使醫療機構管理從系統性改善來落實對病人的安全,提升員工服務品質。以南部某醫學中心為研究對象,運用護理人員安全態度量表測量人員的安全態度認知差異,問卷總計有效樣本740份。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析與相關分析。研究結果顯示,單位、職稱、能力進階、學歷在總量表得分上與各項目呈現顯著差異(p < .05)。年齡在21-25歲組的總量表平均得分略微高於其他組;急重症病房與特殊單位兩組的總量表得分均顯著低於其他組;護理管理與督導者總量表得分顯著高於其他組;能力進階N4組的總量表得分均顯著高於其他組;教育程度方面研究所的總量表得分顯著高於專科與大學。量表六個因素之間均顯著的相關性(r = .31- .91)。研究結果表明,醫院管理者積極對護理人員的人力評估改善,尤其是急重症病房與特殊單位,可以營造更優質的工作環境,提昇照護品質。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of nurses' perceptions of safety attitudes in hospitals to provide a reference for hospital managers in charge of safety-related making policies to improve the quality of medical services offered. A medical center in southern Taiwan was taken as the case study. The Safety Attitudes Questionnaire was used to measure nurses' safety attitudes, and a total of 740 valid questionnaires were collected. Analyses included descriptive statistics, a one-way analysis of variance, and correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that the scores associated with work units, job titles, ability levels, and academic qualifications significantly differed from those of individual variables (p < .05). The scores of the group of nurses aged 21-25 years were higher than those of other nursing staff. The scores of nurses working in the intensive care unit and those working in the special unit were significantly lower than the scores of other nursing staff. The scores of the head nurses and supervisors were significantly higher than those of other nursing staff. The scores of the N4 group indicated that the nurses in this group had significantly higher ability levels than those of other nursing staff. In terms of education level, the scores of the institute were significantly higher than those of the college and university. A significant correlation was observed between the six factors of the scale (r = .31- .91). The research results indicate that hospital managers actively improve the manpower evaluation of nursing staff, especially those working in intensive care units and emergency departments, which can create a favorable working environment and improve the quality of medical care.
