各種憑證變體及在公開金鑰基礎建設之應用

Variants of Certificates and Their Applications in Public Key Infrastructure

摘要


網路產業為對人民生活有重在影響的新興產業,並帶來知識經濟竹蓬勃發展。然而有心人士利用非法的方式侵入政府單位或企業內部竊取、讀取、更改、破壞重要資料已成為最嚴重的問題。因此電子認證安全的議題廣泛被重視,各國政府紛紛對淤電子認證安全機制-公開金鑰基礎建設(PKI)的推行不遺餘力。我們首先略述PKI體制,並對現行PKI體制的不足提出複合式金鑰憑證(MPK Certificate)、團體憑證(Group Certificate)及圖形化憑證(Visual Certificate)三個新的概念及應用。期望此篇文章可以帶給金鑰基礎建設新的思維,並使PKI的環境更趨於完備。

Internet industries are ubiquitous in present day production processes, and have ushered in the so-called knowledge economy to the global population. With the continuous growth of the Internet, cyber criminals use illegal styles to intrude departments of government or business and read, monitor, steal and destroy the privacy data. These problems have become serious. Therefore, the issues of electronic authentication security are concerned and a lot of countries are devoted to developing public key infrastructure (PKI). In this article, we first introduce PKI briefly. Then we introduce three new certificates, i.e., Multiple-Public-Key (MPK) Certificate、Group Certificate and Visual Certificate, developed in our laboratory and illustrate their applications to compensate the defects of existed certificate in PKI. Finally, we make a conclusion hope this article can bring a new thought to our promotion and construction of PKI.
