摘要

農業資訊服務藉由網路發展邁入M化的紀元。配合生產者與消費者的需求，應用新興的行動科技發展趨勢，主動提供其所需的資訊，規劃符合農業M化發展的藍圖，以作為農業未來發展參考，落實關懷農民，促進農業產業的發展，以提升農業領域的競爭力。本文旨在說明以農業行動化雙向隨身服務平台為基礎，整合各農業資源資料庫，透過無線網路、CTI語音系統、手機、PDA等M化應用，讓民眾可以便利、即時的方式得到農委會所提供的資訊與服務，並建立與民眾溝通的管道。期望能藉由這個平台讓農業資訊發展邁向M化整合服務，以擴大與提升農業資訊應用的效能。

The E-Agricultural information service is now stepping into the M-Agriculture era. This project aims to assist producers and consumers in meeting their needs, getting the needed Information, creating, by applying emerging technology, a blueprint for mobile agriculture, which can promote the competitiveness of agricultural industries. This paper describes a two-way portable agricultural service platform based on the integration of agricultural resource databases. Through wireless networks, CTI voice systems, mobile phones, PDA etc., the platform will allow the publics to obtain information and services provided by the Council of Agriculture conveniently and without delay. It will serve as a new channel of communication with the public, and achieve the goal of the development of integrated mobile agricultural information services, so as to expand and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural information.
