心室極化如何復原

摘要


用心動電流圖及不同層心室肌動作電位之變異為指標,探討犬心室極化復原之順序及産生此順序之原因,則見心肌愈接近表面,其興奮期愈短;愈遠離表面,其興奮期愈長,顯示心室極化復原始於接近表面部而漸及於深部。心肌興奮期之長短雖受溫度之影響,但正常心室各層興奮期之差別,並無事實指明由溫度之差別決定。缺氧過程中,心室內外溫度,心室各層之興奮期與心動電流圖之T波均起變化,溫度變化影響興奮期但與心動電流圖之T波變化無關,其原因曾經討論。

Repolarization of the dog's ventricle was studied with reference to variation of intraventricular and surface temperatures by means of simultaneous conventional electrocardiogaphy and monophasic action potentials from different depth of the left ventricle wall. It was found that the farther away from the surface the myocardium was, the longer was the duration of activation. Temperature did influence the excited state of the myocardium but no evidence suggested that the ventricular gradient of excited state was the result of a temperature gradient. Changing the entire surface temperature resulted in a change of the excited state of the surface myocardium and a change of the T wave in the standard lead electrocardiographs. Local surface temperature change influenced the local surface excited state but not the T wave. The lack of definite relationship between the excited state and the T wave was discussed.
