The Effect of NaF on the Membrane Potentials of the Cardiac Fibers

氟化鈉對於心肌單一纖維膜電位之作用

摘要


本實驗將離體家兎心室肌或心房肌或蛤蟆心室肌標本放在恒溫槽灌流,並使用玻璃毛細電極記錄其靜息及動作電位,以分析氟化鈉對於家兎及蛤蟆心室肌纖膜在此方面之作用。其結果如下:(1)0.01-0.05%氟化鈉縮減家兎心室或心房纎維動作膜電位之作用。受氯化鈉處理之後,復原較慢,且不因腎上腺素或三燐腺苷而加快。(2)灌注液內Ca(上标 ++)或Glucose含量多寡,不影響氟化鈉對於家兎心室肌之作用。(3)氟化鈉對於家兎心室肌纎維之最高反應率並無一定之影響。(4)氟化鈉能延長或縮短蛤膜心室肌纎維之動作膜電位持續,顯與對家兎心室肌纎維者不同。

Chinese J.Physiol.,19(4):345-351,1963-1966.-NaF in a concentration of 0.01-0.05% in the perfusion fluid decreased the resting potential and the duration of the action potential of rabbit ventricular or atrial fibers. The recovery from the NaF effect was rather slow and hardly affected by ATP or adrenaline. The pattern of the action of NaF on the membrane potentials of the rabbit ventricular fibers was similar in low or high Ca medium or in glucose-containing or glucose-free medium. The variation of maximum response rate of the rabbit ventricular fibers after NaF was not consistent. NaF shortened or prolonged the duration of the action potential of the toad ventricular fibers.
