Effect of Hypoxic Hypoxia on Algesic Agent-induced Pain

缺氧對於致痛劑引起疼痛之影響

摘要


用醚麻醉貓,以利工作。手術完畢後,停止麻醉,俟其一清醒後,測定下述之「致痛閾」以及由缺氧導致之「疼痛消失閾」。 經股動脈插入骼總動脈之塑膠管,注入極少有效量之乙醯膽鹼,使引起對側腿部之疼痛。此種疼痛,屬於肌體疼痛,其平均致痛閥之劑量爲26μg/kg。另由插入脾動脈側枝之塑膠管亦注入極少有效量之乙醯膽鹼,使引起脾之疼痛,此種疼痛屬於內臟疼痛,其平均致痛閾之劑量爲29μg/kg。 繼放動物於低壓室,讓其經受缺氧。當大氧壓降至243mmHg(相當於28,352呎)時,上述致痛閥之劑量,則不能引起貓腿之疼痛。此時之大氣壓或高度卽爲貓腿之疼痛消失閾。至於缺氧時貓脾之疼痛消失閾,平均爲256mmHg(相當於27,156呎)。上述腿與脾之疼痛消失閾雖不相同,但二者之差別在統計學上並無顯著性。缺氧何以能抑制疼痛之感覺,曾加以討論。如以上述之疼痛消失閾作爲指標,則可藉此測定實驗動物對於缺氧之耐度。

Intra-arterial injection of an average threshold dose of 26 μg/kg or 29 μg/kg of acetylcholine(appearance pain threshold)into femoral or splenic artery at one atmospheric pressure induced definite pain in hindleg(somatic pain)or spleen(visceral pain)respectively. It was found that in the average cat, such somatic and visceral pains were inhibited at the ambient pressures of 243 mm-Hg and 256 mm-Hg(disappearance pain thresholds)corresponding to simulated altitudes 28,352 and 27,156 feet respectively. The possible mechanism of the inhibition of pain sensation induced by hypoxia was discussed.
