On the Glycogen and Total Lipid of the Rat Liver

大白鼠肝臟中肝醣與總脂之分析

摘要


雄性成熟大白鼠肝臟中之總脂和其所含脂類,肝醣及總氮含量曾經研究。經手術破壞下視丘第十一天後之十天中,其平均體重顯著增加,而其他所研究之成分除水外,亦均增加,但如將由新鮮標本所得之數值,改為以脫脂乾肝重為基數之數值時,則見差異加大,所得之數值,雖趨於減少,而不呈傾向上之改變。分別計算不同三組各兩成分間之相關係數,可見總脂和總氮含量間之相關係數,大於其與肝醣以及其他成分間之相關係數。此或由於總脂在正常變異範圍內,係細胞內之成分,應與細胞之另一重要組成要素-氮-有密切之相關;而大部分儲藏於肝中之肝醣,專供身體不時之需,時時必須維持耗用及補充之間之平衡,終而形成較大之差異,是自然之結果。

Liu, K., A. C. Liu, G. W. Wang and H. K. Li: On the glycogen and total lipid of the rat liver. Chinese J.Physiol.,20(1):83-90,1967-Total lipid and several of its fractions together with glycogen and total nitrogen were studied in male rats. It was found that an increase in mean body weight in ten days of aging was very appearent, that the other parameters except the water were also increased and that conversion of wet liver values into fat-free dry liverone reversed the trend of change with no significant importance because of the large variations encountered. Correlation coefficients(r's)in known pair of the three groups of individual observations and also curve-fitting revealed that total lipid and total N2 were better correlated than glycogen with any of parameters studied. It is suggested that, while total lipid within its normal range of variation is a cellular component and is, therefore, closely correlated with another important cellular element nitrogen, the main portion of glycogen is held in stock to meet various bodily needs and brings thus a balance between depletion and repletion resulting in much greater variations.
