Effect of Aflatoxin B1 on the Biosynthesis of Lipids in the Rat

黃麹毒素B1對白鼠體內脂質合成之影響

摘要


將黄麴毒B1給與白鼠,以觀察其影響肝及脂肪組織中脂質之合成。試驗分爲急性及慢性給藥二部分。在急性給藥試驗中,顯示該毒素可以使在肝及脂肪組織中之放射性醋酸合成脂質作用受抑制。此種抑制作用,在給藥後48小時最爲顯著。在慢性給藥試驗中,則僅在脂肪組織中發生極强抑制作用,但肝中脂質合成則未受影響。

Chinese J.Physiol.,20(2):131-138,1968.-Acute and chronic effects of aflatoxinB1 on the biosynthesis of lipids in liver and fat tissues were studied in rats. The incorporation of acetate-1-(superscript 14)C into total lipids of liver and adipose tissues were both inhibited by the acute treatment with aflatoxin B1(7 mg/kg body wt.).The maximum inhibitions were observed 48 hours after the toxin administration. On the other hand, the chronic treatment with aflatoxin B1(75 μg per day for 30 days)caused a significant decrease in the incorporation of acetate-1-(superscript 14)C into the adipose, but not the liver tissues.
