用六十六隻大白鼠研究二種缺水狀況對腦下腺後葉篩水素含量的影響,發現㈠血漿變濃之缺水狀況引起腦下腺節水素含量之劇減㈡血漿變淡之缺水狀況不引起腦下腺節水素含量之改變,可能因爲節水素的分泌增加尚未超過節水素在缺水時之增產所致。

Crinese J.Physiol.,20(2-:139-143,1968.-The amount of antidiuretic hormone(ADH)stored in the neural lobe of rats with two types of dehydration was studied in 66 adult rats. Hyperosmotic dehydration produced by water deprivation led to a tremendous depletion of ADH in the posterior lobe of the pituitary. On the contrary, hyposmotic dehydration produced by bilateral adrenalectomy failed to deplete ADH from the neurohypophysis though a slight but not significant decrease of pituitary ADH was noted. The possible cause of this disparity was discussed.
