摘要

研究患尿囨糖尿病大白鼠腦下腺後葉中之催產素及加壓素，發現不論雌雄，前者含量較對照組減低百分之五十六；後者含量則減低百分之五十。殆爲此類大白鼠經常處於高渗性缺水情況，促使其腦下腺後葉大量釋放此兩種內分泌素所致歟！

Chinese J.Physiol.,20(3):229-233,1969.-A study of the vasopressin and oxytocin content of the neural lobe of rats with alloxan diabetes was performed. Depletion of 50%vasopressin and 56% oxytocin was observed in alloxan diabetic rats of both sexes, when compared with that of controls. This depletion of vasopression and oxytocin in drugged rats could be reverted to normal after prolonged insulin treatment. Evidence suggests that this depletion of both hormones in diabetic rats results from their increased release in response to hyperosmotic dehydration.
