Algesic Actions of the Polypeptides and Other Agents

多勝及其他藥物之發痛作用

摘要


用無麻醉狗由腹腔內及脾臟動脈注射多勝,膽鹼性藥物及兒荼酚胺,觀察其疼痛反應。Bradykinin, angiotensin, lysine-8-vasopressin, phenylalanine-8-vasopressin, arginine-8-vasopressin, leucine-8-oxytocin注射引起疼痛反應。Carbachol, metacholine and arecoline注射也引起疼痛反應,但pilocarpine卻不引起疼痛反應。Adrenaline, noradrenaline或dopamine注射,並不引起疼痛反應。根據實驗結果,內臟痛覺受容器與奮之性質已加討論。

Physiol., 21(2): 69-77, 1972.-Pain responses to intraperitoneal and splenic intra-arterial injections of the polypeptides, cholinergic drugs and catecholamines were studied. Angiotensin, lysine-8-vasopressin, phenylalanine-2-lysine-8-vasopressin, arginine-8-vasopressinm phenylanlanine-2-lysine-8-vasopressin, arginine-8-vasopressin evoked pain response by either intra-arterial or intraperitoneal injection. Injection of carbachol, methacholine and arecoline via the same routes also evoked algesic actions. However, catecholamines were ineffective to evoke pain responses. The nature of excitation of the pain receptor was discussed.
