高中生資訊素養短期課程之課程規劃與學習成效:以國家圖書館暑期青年學者養成營為例

The Program Planning and Learning Outcomes of Information Literacy Short Term Courses for High School Students: The Summer Young Scholar Cultivation Workshop of National Central Library in Taiwan

摘要


本文以國家圖書館暑期青年學者養成營為個案,介紹此一全國性高中生資訊素養營隊成立的緣起、課程架構、進行狀況,並報導該營隊之學習成效。研究者對第一期學員進行前測、後測、六個月追蹤等三次學習成果問卷調查,以量測該營隊教學目標之達成度及持續性。前測數據顯示,學員自評8項研究知能的分數在沒有上課之前普遍不佳;營隊結業時的後測顯示所有項目都有提升,說明學員認為自己在8項研究知能上的能力都大有進步;半年之後的追蹤問卷發現,各項知能的自評分數比後測時略為降低,但仍都高於前測,證明營隊課程學習成果的持續性。研究結果可供各類型圖書館日後規劃舉辦青年學子資訊素養培訓課程之參考。

This article is a case study of the summer young scholar cultivation workshop of National Central Library, Taiwan. The author reports the origin, course structure, implementation, and student learning outcomes of this information literacy short term course especially designed for high school students. In order to measure scales of the achievement and sustainability of teaching objectives, three‐stage questionnaire survey was adopted to collect data of learning outcomes. Research findings are as follows: 1. the scores of eight research competencies were generally not good in the pre‐test; 2. The scores of each research competency significantly improved in the post‐test; 3. the scores of the six months later follow up survey were lower than the post‐test, but higher than the pre‐test, which demonstrated the sustainability of the student learning outcomes. The process of program planning and leaning outcome assessment can serve as reference for other libraries to implement information literacy related training courses in the future.
