填充塔反應蒸餾系統之動態模型與批次蒸餾系統之最適化操作

摘要


採用填充塔的一般反映蒸餾過程的動態模型波被推導出。對於醋酸(aectic acid)與甲醇(methanol)的酯化特定反應被推導出。同時藉由模擬和實驗的研究證實了這個模型有極高的可信度。對於上述酯化反應在批次反應蒸餾被檢驗出來。我們能利用操作條件的最適化,反應的轉化率可以更充分增加與純批次反應的過程能力的比較。由實驗和模擬的研究可以表現出其處理分析本質的重要性。

A dynamic model of general reactive distillation processes employing a packed bed column is derived. Particular reaction for the esterification of acetic acid and menthol is carried out. Simulation and experimental studies confirm that the model is highly reliable. Batch reactive distillation for the above esterification reaction is examined. By optimizing the operatal condition, the conversion of reaction can be increased more significantly compared with the capabilities of a pure batch reaction process. The experimental and simulation studies show that it is essentially important to conduct the analysis.
