二維床中水平噴嘴之氣體排放型式

摘要


本研究係於二維靜滯床中進行,床體裁面為400x15mm,以玻璃珠為床質,其粒徑在69至920μm間,於不同之操作條件下,觀察水平噴嘴出口氣體排放之流力行為,操作參數包括噴嘴直徑、粒徑,靜滯床高及孔口噴氣速度。於低氣速或高靜床高下,噴嘴出口形成空隙現象,於高氣速或低床高下,噴嘴出口將會產生水平噴氣,隨著Froude數之增加,氣體排放型式由空隙轉變為噴氣。

All of the experiments were conducted in a two-dimensional quiescent bed. The cross section was 400 X 15 mm. Glass beads were used as the bed material. The glass bead partied sizes ranged from 69 to 920 μm. The hydrodynamic behavior of gas discharged from a horizontal nozzle was investigated under various operating conditions. The operating parameters included the nozzle diameter, particle size, static bed height and gas velocity through the nozzle. For a single horizontal nozzle, the gas discharge mode under low gas velocity through the nozzle or high static bed height was void. At high nozzle gas velocity or low static bed height, a horizontal jet was observed. The gas discharge mode changed from void to jet as the Froude number increased .
