摘要


1割切角兩片皆爲平滑又時不能大於57°。固定刄具有鋸齒,活動刄平滑時其最大角度不能超過62°。兩片皆爲鋸齒刄則不能大於67°。 2無論其刀刄形狀平滑或鋸齒割切角在40°左右所需能量最小。 3割切速度超過180in/Sec時,割斷所需之能量增加,且速度增陝則割斷之後稻草基部雜亂。 4具有鋸齒之刀刄割斷稻株所需之能量較平滑刀刄大,如圖七。 5稻株輸送裝置以側(或旁)送式構造較簡單,對於小型收穫機相當理想。 6撥稻桿以利用兩個旋轉方向相反之星狀輪將水稻拉往機身較理想,惟構造複雜。

It is much better to use side delivering in the straw conveying system than any othor delivering methods and this kind of construction is more convenient on a small harvester. 6. It is better to use two reels rotating contrarily in order to draw the straw toward the cutting bar.
