利用雜交優勢之苧麻育種研究(初報)

The Preliminary Study of Ramie Breeding by Utilizing Hybrid Vigor

摘要


(1)本試驗係佔苧麻雜交育種試驗之一部份,即爲品系與品種間雜交後代單株選拔過程之比較試驗。 (2)從四個雜交組合後代中,頭一年選拔52個單株(品系),第二年經過株行觀察試驗後選拔20個品系。於53年升爲品系觀察試驗後選得12個較佳品系,其中TP60C71組合後代佔有8個品系,證明該組合之親本含有甚爲優良的形質。至於各親本本身之天然雜交後代,表現均差而被淘汰。 (3)經品系觀察試驗結果,選獲之12個品系中,有TP60C71-69-品系之乾纖維收量指數,高達215%,較對照種之南化青皮收量增加115%形。 (4)由於本試驗結果,略爲得知從苧麻雜交第一代中,爲經過妥當的選拔過程及技術上的操作,則可選得比親本甚至目前推廣品種爲優良的品系。 (5)在前面說過之12個品系,將升級進一步之試驗以後之試驗成績,容後續報。

1. This report is the preliminary results of ramie breeding, for the comparison of yielding capacity of selected progenies from intercrosses between strains and varieties. 2. Among the progenies of four intercrosses, 52 lines were selected in the first year. Furthermore 20 lines out of 54 were selected after the plant-row observation test in the second year. After all, 12 lines were remained as the promising species. Among them, 8 species out of 12 lines were derivatives of TP 60C71 cross, indicating that the parents of this cross possessed good quality for breeding. However, none of the natural crossed progenies was among the 12 lines. 3. The highest yield of fiber dry weight was produced by TP 60C71-69, the index is 215% as compared to control variety. 4. Through a proper selection procedures, a line which possesses the higher yielding capacity than the original variety can be obrained. 5. The 12 selected lines will be undertaken for other studies.
