衛地素(Vorlex)防治番茄線蟲病及白絹病試驗

摘要

1.本試驗分別在網室及臺南本分所農場及臺南縣歸仁鄉兩地進行田間防治試驗。
2.衛地素(Vorlex)對Pratylenchus spp.，Helicotylenchus spp.，Rotylenchulus spp.，Trichodorus spp.之防治效果優於DBCP (Fumazone E. C.)，對Meloidogyne spp.則Fumazone E.C.之藥效比Vorlex好。
3.殺線蟲劑Vorlex及Fumazone E.C.具有促進植株生育作用，並提高單位面積之產量。各藥劑處理問番茄果實之增產與對照區相比，均爲顯著，尤以Vorlex 200公升／公頃及Fumazone E.C. 28公升／公頃等兩處理區爲極顯著。
4.施用殺線蟲劑能有效抑制白絹病，其效果依順序爲Vorlex 200公升／公頃＞Fumazone E. C. 28公升／公頃＞Vorlex 150公升／公頃＞Vorlex 100公升／公頃＞CK。

Test of Vorlex was carried out in the screenhouse to determine the waiting days that it caused no phytotoxicity to tomato seedlings in different kinds of soil. It was observed, under soil temperature 31±1℃ and soil moisture 40±2% M.H.C., that no phytotoxicity was caused on tomatoes transplanted at 14 days after the treatment of Vorlex in sandy soil, sandy loam, or clay soil.
Field tests were conducted for the purpose of determining the most effective dosage of vorlex for the plant height and yield of tomato, and for control nematodes and southern blight complex. It was found that vorlex was better effects to control Pratylenchus spp., Rotylenchulus spp., 1-lelicotylenchus spp., and Trichodorus christiei than Fumazone E.C. (DBCP), as to control of root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) Fumazone E.C. seemed to be slightly better than Vorlex. Plant height of tomato plants in all chemical treated plots was significantly taller than that of untreated ones. It was not differ significantly among chemicals and dosages applied. however, very significant differences in yield of tomato were observed in the treatments with vorlex 200 liter/hectare and Fumazone E. C. 28 liter/hectare. No southern blight on the plot treated with Vorlex 200 liter/hectare was observed. Results indicated that Vorlex applied at the dosage of 200 liter/hectare could effectively control the tomato nematodes and nematode-southern blight complex disease in the fields.
