蔬菜殘留農藥之生物檢驗法研究

Studies on the Bioassay of Insecticide Residues on/in Vegetables

摘要


本研究係以現行之直接餵食法(direct feeding method)與乾膜法(dry film method)對家蠅(Musca domestica L)及小果蠅(Drosophila melanogaster Meig.)進行比較試驗。由家蠅及小果蠅對不同處理所得之反應程度,評定其優劣,作爲改進今後蔬菜殘留農藥生物檢驗之重要參考。 供試農藥計有甲基巴拉松、巴拉松、馬拉松、撲滅松、加保利等五種。試驗結果顯示,兩種生物檢驗方法各有其特殊之實用價值。直接餵食法之長處爲操作簡便,但樣本中殘留農藥量若低於可測範圍,或農藥之殘留容許量低於其最低可測範圍,則將無法適用。乾膜法操作手續雖較餵食法複雜,唯樣本中所含之殘留農藥量超過或低於可測範圍時,仍可將抽出液按一般化學分析法予以稀釋或濃縮,使測定濃度調節至最適宜之可測範圍,故其可測範圍較直接餵食法爲大。

In order to improve the current bioassay of insecticide residues on/in vegetables, the comparative studies of direct feeding method and dry film method tested by house fly (Musca domestica L.) and drosophila (Drosophila melanogaster Meig.) have been investigated. Five insecticides, such as methyl parathion, parathion, malathion, sumithion, and car baryl, were tested in the experiment. The result has shown that two bioassay methods displayed their own specific practical value. The main advantage of direct feeing method is its simple application. However, if the amount of insecticide residues in sample vegetable is lower than its detectable range, the feeding method will not be able to apply. The detectable range of dry film method seems to be wider than that of feeding method. Since when the sample residue is above or below its detectable range, the sample extract can be diluted or concentrated with general analytical process to suitable concentration and increased its practical value.
