摘要

綠黴(Trichoderma viride)菌絲可用以飼育粗緣廮蠅(Heteropeza pygmaea)幼蟲，如將IGR-Gnatiside 300ppm混入培養基對綠黴菌絲生長無頭著影響。該劑混入培養基對粗緣癭蠅幼蟲之增殖略有抑制作用。對黑翅蕈蠅(Bradysia tritici)僅能抑制其成蟲羽化率約50%。但對洋菇菌絲生長則具極強之抑制作用。

The experimental results indicated that 300,100 ppm conentration of gnatiside mixed with the Czapek's media for mycelia of Trichoderma virde showed no affected on the reproduction of the cecid larvae, Heteropeza pygmaea. It was less depressed when were reared on the mycelia. The corn extract agar media mixed with gnatiside was strongly inhibited to the mycelia growth of the cultivated mushroom, Agaricus brunnescens. The media treated with concentration 300 ppm of gnatiside for larval rearing also can be depressed 50% the emergence of the sciarid fly. Bradydia tritici.
