溫度對檬果新梢開花結果之影響

Temperature Effect on Flowering and Fruiting in the Irwin Mango (Mangifera indica L.)

摘要


溫度是影響檬果開花結果原因之一,在10月初控制盆栽二年生檬果苗(愛文/本地種)的給水量,於12月下旬則萌發新梢,翌年l月16日將之分成二組,一組置室外,一組搬入溫室內,1月30日開始新梢葉腋陸續萌出花序,至2月20日室外之植株(試驗期間溫度變化爲11.9~18.8℃,平均14.5℃)萌花率達90%;但溫室內(15.6~28.5℃,平均19.3℃)萌花率僅40%。 開始着果後36天(3月12日~4月16日),溫室內(溫度變化20.2~32.9℃,平均24.7℃)植株之結果率僅25%;而室外(17.7~24.8℃,平均20.6℃)結果率可達56%,但果實生長、發育與成熟的速度均以在溫室內生長者最爲迅速。

Temperature is one of the factors influencing flowering and fruiting in mango. After new shoots sprouting at the end of December, the two-year-old potted mango plants (Irwin/local variety), under controlled water supply, were divided into two groups on January 16th-one remained outside, another removed in to greenhouse. From late January, inflorescence appeared in the axil of new shoots. Up to February 20th, the percentage of inflorescence emergence reached 90% in outdoors (temperature ranging between 11.9 and 18.8℃, with 14.5℃ in average) compared to 40% in greenhouse (15.6~28.5℃ 19.3℃ in average). Thirty-six days after fruit set starting on March 12, the percentage of fruit set towered to 25% in greenhouse (temperature ranging from 20.2 to 32.9℃ with average of 24,7℃) in contrast to the 56% outdoors (17.7~24.8℃, 20.6℃ in average). However, the growth and development of fruits were more rapid in greehouse.
